01 / CHECK
A complete, consistent set
Each guest gets one folded card. Table lists show names and meals; the meal report adds per-table counts and event totals. This tool uses your assigned tables. Cards and table lists show meal codes such as M1; the meal report maps each code to its full meal name.
02 / PRINT
Print at actual size
Select the matching paper size and print at 100% (no “fit to page”). Check the 50 mm scale, cut the solid marks, then fold along the dashed line. Try one sheet first.
03 / KEEP IN MIND
A practical first version
Latin and simplified Chinese names are supported. PDF pages are 300 dpi images; text is not selectable. Please check your printer, paper and every guest detail before a full run.
Use one row per guest, including their name and assigned table. Add a meal choice if you need it. Column names can differ: match them in the editor after importing.

Questions before you print
Can I make wedding place cards with meal choices?
Yes. Add one meal choice per guest. Cards and table lists show a meal code such as M1, rather than the full meal name or an icon. The meal-summary PDF matches codes to full meal names and counts them by table and across the event. Confirm the codes and meal details with your caterer; this is not an allergy-management system.
What files are in the download?
The free ZIP contains place-cards.pdf, table-lists.pdf, meal-summary.pdf and a print guide. Print Pack Plus adds guest-index.pdf and catering-handoff.csv. All files come from the current list. After changing a name, table or meal, generate a fresh complete pack and replace the old files so the meal codes stay consistent.
What size are the folded cards?
Each unfolded card is 90 × 100 mm and folds to 90 × 50 mm. There are four cards per A4 or US Letter sheet, with cut and fold marks. Print single-sided at 100% / Actual size, check the 50 mm scale and try one sheet first. See the place card dimensions and A4 / Letter print settings. Compatibility with branded pre-cut sheets has not been verified.
Will this assign tables or create a seating chart?
No. Assign tables in your original list first. This tool makes individual folded place cards, a guest list for each table and meal counts. It does not automatically seat guests or create a visual seating chart.
Can I keep duplicate names or leave meals blank?
Duplicate names remain separate guests. A name and assigned table are required for every guest, up to 200 guests in total. Blank meals are kept as Unspecified and flagged for review. Fix any validation errors before downloading the complete pack.
Is the tool free, and what happens to my guest list?
The three standard PDFs are free, without an account or payment. Optional Print Pack Plus costs $9 once plus applicable tax, with 90 days of Plus export access and no automatic renewal. Your list is processed in this browser’s memory and is not uploaded or automatically saved. Refreshing clears your edits, so keep your original spreadsheet and downloads. Billing uses an essential access cookie and payment records, separate from guest data; see Privacy & limits.
Can I edit the PDFs or use any language?
The PDFs contain 300 dpi page images; their text is not selectable or editable. Change the list in the tool and regenerate. Latin and simplified Chinese names have been tested. Review other scripts carefully. Physical printer, paper and finished-card results have not yet been verified.
