Your guest list

Files, pasted text and edits are processed in memory in your browser. This version does not upload your guest list, create guest-list accounts, store guest data or use local storage. Reloading the page clears your work. Downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them. Buying Plus does not save or back up the list.

Optional website and task measurements

On weddingpack.tanfujun.com, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits, referrers, browser/device characteristics and loading performance. Cloudflare receives the network information needed to deliver its script and receive those measurements. Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to identify you or follow you across websites. It does not receive your guest list, file names, event name, edits or generated files from our tool. Our own database separately counts fixed steps such as preparing a list, starting an edit, attempting a free or Plus pack, and generating a pack or a fixed failure code. It records the input type (sample, file or paste), a coarse source such as YouTube, and the UTC day. We do not store visitor IDs, IP addresses, uploaded data, guest counts, names, tables, meals, file names or free-form error text in these records. Counts cannot be linked into an individual journey, and generating a file does not prove that it was saved or printed. Task requests have a separate rate limit from payment requests. Daily cleanup removes task counts older than the current and previous seven UTC dates; reports use that same eight-date window. Cleanup runs at 00:17 UTC, so deletion follows the daily schedule rather than each event’s exact age; installation and last-cleanup timestamps are kept to check maintenance.

Both optional measurements are skipped for Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and qa=1. You can use the tool with optional measurements off; keep qa=1 on pages you visit. Necessary payment access checks and purchase cookies still work. Blocking optional measurements does not prevent preview or export. Source labels and counts may include maker checks or automated traffic and are not verified unique people.

Optional Plus purchases

Print Pack Plus uses an essential, secure access cookie to recognize this browser. Our billing database stores random access identifiers, hashed session and recovery credentials, payment-platform references, terms acceptance and access/payment status. It does not store guest names, tables, meals, uploaded files or card details. Access requests contain billing credentials, not your guest list. Clearing cookies can require purchase recovery.

When you choose to buy, Creem acts as merchant of record and processes the checkout, applicable taxes, receipts and payment information under its privacy notice and checkout terms. Creem may collect your email, billing address and payment details. We can see transaction information in its merchant dashboard when resolving a purchase; our application does not copy your card details or checkout email into its billing database.

After payment, use “Save a new access key” to save a private recovery file. Do not include the key in public screenshots or send your guest list to recover a purchase. Transaction and access records may need to be retained for payment disputes, refunds, security and accounting obligations; contact shared support to request access or deletion, subject to records we must retain. Deleting a browser cookie does not delete transaction records held by Creem.

Hosting

Cloudflare delivers this website and self-hosted fonts. Hosting requests may contain ordinary technical data such as your IP address and requested URL. Guest names are not placed in URLs or sent in these requests. Do not enter personal guest information into the address bar.

Prototype scope

The three standard PDFs are free, up to 200 guests. Optional Plus adds the full-name guest index PDF and catering handoff CSV, with 90 days of export access after a one-time purchase. Supports the first worksheet of .xlsx workbooks, CSV, TSV and pasted spreadsheet text. Legacy .xls files are not supported. Tables must already be assigned. Latin and simplified Chinese names are the tested scripts; please inspect your exact names. PDF pages are rendered as 300 dpi images and text is not selectable. Physical print quality depends on your printer and settings; print a test sheet at 100% and check the 50 mm scale before a full run.

Support and your privacy choices

The product is operated by Fujun Tan, an independent maker using the Tanfujun Studio name. Contact product support for access, deletion or privacy questions. Support requests reach our shared product inbox; replies currently use Gmail. Email contents are processed by the mail providers involved; send an order reference and a description of the issue, not card numbers, access keys or a real guest list.
