The free tool and Print Pack Plus

The free tool generates folded place cards, per-table guest lists and meal totals from an already assigned guest list of up to 200 people. Print Pack Plus adds a guest index PDF sorted by full name and a catering handoff CSV containing each guest’s name, assigned table, full meal name and meal code. Preview the additions before buying.

Plus costs US$9 once, plus applicable tax shown at checkout, and provides 90 consecutive days of Plus export access after the verified purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. During that period you can regenerate from your current list. Access expiry does not delete the files you already downloaded. A later purchase is a separate payment; no charge is made merely because access expires.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record under the terms shown at checkout. Access is granted only after we verify payment; returning from checkout alone does not establish payment. Keep the receipt, order reference and private recovery information. You may need recovery after changing browsers or clearing cookies. Contact support if access was paid for but cannot be restored.

Your guest list stays in browser memory. Buying Plus does not upload, save or back up the list. Refreshing clears your edits. Keep your original spreadsheet and downloaded files. The same current list is used for all files in a pack; after any change, generate and use a new complete set.

Output and printing limits

You assign tables before import; this is not an automatic seating planner. Cards and table lists use meal codes, with full meal names in the report and Plus CSV. The index sorts by full name using English collation, not by family name. Duplicate names remain separate guests. CSV fields that may be interpreted as spreadsheet formulas are prefixed with an apostrophe.

PDFs contain 300 dpi page images, so their text is not selectable or editable. A4 and US Letter are supported; folded cards are 90 × 50 mm. Latin and simplified Chinese names have been tested. Physical printer, paper and finished-card results have not been verified. Check every name, table and meal, print one sheet at 100% / Actual size and check the scale before a full run. Confirm dietary requirements with guests and your caterer; the tool is not an allergy-management system.

Refunds and delivery problems

Request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your Plus purchase by contacting shared product support with your Creem order reference and checkout email. Do not send card numbers, recovery keys or your guest list. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank processing times can vary. A request is not confirmation that funds have arrived.

Duplicate charges, inability to deliver paid access and mandatory consumer rights are handled separately from that voluntary refund window. We will work to restore access or arrange an appropriate refund. A completed full refund or chargeback can end Plus access; it does not delete local files. A partial refund does not automatically end the remaining access. Because there is no automatic renewal, there is no subscription to cancel.

Availability and your rights

We do not promise uninterrupted access or identical output on every device. Features sold for an active access period will not be withdrawn without a remedy. If we discontinue the paid service during that period, we will stop new sales and offer continued access or an appropriate refund for undelivered service. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Support

Contact product support. Support requests reach our shared product inbox; replies currently use Gmail. Include “[Wedding Print Pack]” in the subject. If that address does not work, use the shared support fallback. See Privacy & limits for data processing details.
