00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:04.000
Place cards, table lists and meal totals — made from one list.

00:00:04.000 --> 00:00:10.000
12 guests. Three assigned tables. Four meal choices.

00:00:10.000 --> 00:00:16.000
One ZIP downloads locally: three PDFs and a print guide.

00:00:16.000 --> 00:00:24.000
Move Emma Reed to Table 4. Change her meal to vegan.

00:00:24.000 --> 00:00:28.000
Emma’s card now says Table 4. Meal M1 is vegan in this set.

00:00:28.000 --> 00:00:32.000
The same edit creates Table 4 with Emma Reed.

00:00:32.000 --> 00:00:38.000
Vegan 4 · fish 3 · vegetarian 3 · chicken 2. Still 12 guests.

00:00:38.000 --> 00:00:43.000
Download again. Reprint the complete set; do not mix versions.

00:00:43.000 --> 00:00:47.000
The downloaded PDF also shows Emma Reed at Table 4, meal M1.

00:00:47.000 --> 00:00:51.000
The downloaded table list matches: Table 4, Emma Reed, M1.

00:00:51.000 --> 00:00:55.000
